Amurcon Employee Rewards
Amurcon rewards their employees for their service with many benefits. One of the most rewarding happens to be the 401K Profit Sharing and Retirement Savings Plan.
Employees receive tax advantages through their salary contributions into the plan same as any other employer. Where our employees see a difference is through the generosity of Amurcon’s matching contribution, $.75 for each $1.00; up to the maximum employee contribution of 6% of the employees annual earnings. Portions contributed by Amurcon are vested to the employee based on years of service with Amurcon. Employees are fully vested after six years.
